"Good afternoon Andy, I’m very sorry you feel this way about my agency. As I said, when we spoke on the phone earlier, I unfortunately don’t have any control over when a policy is canceled by State Farm corporate for adverse driving history. Because of the driving history in your household, they decided the policy was no longer viable. If there was anything I could do to keep the policy with us, and retain you as a client, I would do it immediately. Unfortunately, I do not have that option.
